Zásady pro vypracování
Procedural modelling of buildings is concerned with automatic or user-aided generation of buildings, which are an important and omni-present artefact of the human civilization. Although there has already been a reasonable amount of research in this area, the heavy influence that architecture and buildings get from the other arts, technology, economy, etc., still make it an interesting and active topic.

The goal of this thesis is to create a concise survey of the existing methods for procedural modelling of buildings, implement one of the surveyed methods, and discuss it, together with the achieved results, in the context of the remaining methods. Optionally, the implemented method could be also be extended.

Ideally, the student should proceed as follows:
1) survey the relevant literature,
2) together with the supervisor, choose one of the surveyed methods for implementation and implement it,
3) use the implementation to generate results that will later be used to analyse the method's advantages and shortcomings, and
4) optionally, implement and evaluate his/her own extensions to the implemented method.
