Předběžná náplň práce

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku edukace pacientů před aplikací anestezie. V současné době se klade velký význam na informovanost pacientů, kdy edukace je klíčová. Práce bude rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou.
V prvním oddílu teoretické části bude popsán edukační proces, jeho fáze a pojem edukace. Dále uvedu požadavky na sestru v roli edukátorky, zásady a význam správné edukace a komunikace s pacientem a nakonec se budu věnovat realizaci edukace v průběhu přípravy pacienta k aplikaci anestezie.
V druhém oddílu teoretické části se budu věnovat anesteziologické stránce. Uvedu jednotlivé typy anestezie, vyjmenuji a popíši komplikace a rizika spojená s jednotlivými typy anestezie. Do problematiky anestezie uvedu také rizika komplikací v souvislosti s podáním anestetik.
Empirická část bude zpracována formou kvantitativního výzkumu. Potřebné údaje budu zjišťovat anonymním dotazníkem, který bude určen pacientům, kteří již prošli edukací o aplikaci anestezie. Cílem práce bude zjistit, jaké typy anestezie byly u pacientů provedeny, kdo pacienty edukoval, zda byla edukace pro pacienty srozumitelná, dostačující a zda pacientům nechyběly podstatné informace. Taktéž budu zjišťovat,zda měla, nebo neměla edukace pro pacienty v dané situaci relevantní význam.
Výstupem práce bude informační leták pro anesteziologické sestry, který bude obsahovat instrukce a doporučení, jak pacienty efektivně, srozumitelně a co nejvýstižněji edukovat před podáním anestezie.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The thesis is focused on the education of patients before the application of anesthesia. Currently attaches great importance to informing patients when education is crucial. The work will be divided into theoretical and empirical.
In the first section the theoretical part will be described educational process, its phases and the concept of education. I will further requirements for nurse educator in the role, principles and importance of proper education and communication with the patient and eventually I will implement education during the preparation of the patient for anesthesia.
In the second section the theoretical part I will introduce Anesthesiologists part. I will present
the different types of anesthesia, enumerate and description of complications and risks associated with different types of anesthesia. To the problems of anesthesia also bring the risk of complications associated with the administration of anesthetics.
The empirical part will be processed in the form of quantitative research. Necessary data I collected anonymous questionnaire which will be used for patients who have already gone through education about the application of anesthesia. The goal will be to determine what type of anesthesia were performed ,who educated patients, whether it was education for patients comprehensive, adequate and whether patients were not missing essential information. Also, I should examine whether or not education to patients in a given situation relevant meaning.
Outcome of this work will be an information leaflet for nurse anesthetist, which will include instructions and recommendations on how patients effectively, clearly and concisely educate before administration of anesthesia.
