Předběžná náplň práce

Cílem práce je zamyslet se s pomocí archeologických nálezů a literárních památek starověkého Blízkého východu nad skutečnou vírou prvních Izraelitů před a po utvoření sjednoceného království. Za tímto účelem bude práce nejprve zkoumat jejich etnologický původ, důvody pro ustavení království a osoby prvních králů. Následně představí dochované náboženské předměty a svatyně z doby bronzové a železné, ozřejmí původ myšlenky monoteismu a genezi izraelského Boha, aby nakonec mohla nastínit faktickou podobu víry v Hospodina od počátků až po dobu králů Davida a Šalomouna.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The aim of the thesis is to consider upon Ancient Near Eastern archaeological finds and texts the factual belief of the first Israelites before and after establishing of the United Monarchy. For this purpose, the thesis will firstly examine Israelite ethnological origin, the reasons for establishment of the kingdom and the persons of the first kings. Afterwards it will introduce extant sanctuaries and religious objects from the Bronze and Iron Age, it will manifest the roots of monotheism and the genesis of the God of the Israelites, so that it could finally present the factual shape of the faith in YHWH from the very beginnings to the era of the kings David and Solomon.
