Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
The thesis will focus on the development of relations between the European Union and Central Asian region on the example of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The EU presented its position and interests in the region. Such issues as human rights, reforming the political system are on the highest importance in the «European Union and Central Asia: Strategy for a New Partnership» as well as the active energy policy in the region. The EU clearly expressed the economic interests in the region and the emphasis is placed on the extraction and their transportation of the energy resources.
For the present time on the EU agenda is the problem of the energy security. In this connection, the EU is trying to solve problems by means of finding the alternative ways to provide the energy and protect its market by developing a common energy policy. In this context the Republic of Kazakhstan is the object of attention of the EU which can serve as the address to the strategically important tasks.
The energy security is a priority for Kazakhstan also. And the country can guarantee to Europe the access to the energy resources in exchange for a modern innovation and technology.
The thesis describes and gives the evaluation to the other important states which play a significant role in the mutual relations of the EU and Kazakhstan as well as the other Central Asian countries and their own interaction to the EU policy.
