Téma vyplývá z předpokladu, že období první poloviny 19. století je mediálně výrazně odlišné od let a desetiletí následujících po roce 1848. Je nepochybné, že to platí z hlediska vztahu politiky a mediálních obsahů. Cílem práce je postihnout doprovodný aspekt tohoto procesu politizace, a sice integrativní funkci časopisu - novin, které vycházely v Praze v německém jazyce a byly orientovány výhradně na pražské čtenářstvo. Prokázat by to mohlo zpravodajství z venkovských německých měst Čech, které první desetiletí existence listu absentovalo, postupně se stávalo pravidelným a po roce 1848 se i bohatěji strukturovalo.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
The issue results from the expectation, that the period of the first half of the 19th century is different in terms of the medial area from the years after 1848. It is clear that it is connected with the policy and medial dependence. The aim of the thesis is to describe the policy affect - namely the function of the newspapers, which were published in German language in Prague and were aimed at the Prague readers. The rural section from the German speaking town could demonstrate this expectation.
