| Design a set of experiments to identify and quantify the influence of resource sharing on code performance. Include a scale of resources from processor caches to disk files and network connections.
Execute the experiments on common platforms and summarize the results. Include Intel processors, native processes as well as CLI and JVM processes, Linux and Windows. Analyze the applicability of the results in optimizing the placement in component deployment and in minimizing the distortion in performance monitoring. |
