Práce by měla zahrnovat údaje o genomech, strutuře a roli při patogenezi jako je stimulace prozán ětlivé reakce při infekci parazity, které nesou dsRNA virus.

The thesis will focus on the summary of information and the occurrence and role of dsRNA viruses in parasitic protozoa such as Trichomonas vaginalis, Leishmania quyanensis, Eimeria tenella, etc. The work should include data on genomes, structure and role in pathogenesis such as stimulation of the pro-inflammatory response during infection by parasites carrying dsRNA virus.
