Předběžná náplň práce

Předmětem dizertační práce bude série kvalifikovaných odhadů počtů zemřelých, demografických charakteristik a dopadů úmrtnosti na Covid-19 v jednotlivých programových zemích UNFPA v regionu Východní Evropy a Centrální Asie v prvních dvou letech pandemie vycházející z oficiálních statistik počtů zemřelých podle pohlaví a věku bez rozlišení příčiny úmrtí a oficiálních bilancí počtů obyvatel. Výsledkem práce by měly být co nejrobustnější odhady uvedených parametrů populačního vývoje, jejich detailní regionální analýza a korektní interpretace zjištěných rozdílů.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The subject of the dissertation will be a series of qualified estimates of the number of deaths caused by, demographic characteristics and mortality consequences of Covid-19 in individual UNFPA program countries in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region in the first two years of the pandemic based on official statistics of the number of deaths by sex and age without distinguishing the cause of death and official population balances. The result of the work should be the most robust estimates of the mentioned parameters of population development, their detailed regional analysis and the correct interpretation of the differences found.
