Předběžná náplň práce
V teoretická část diplomové práce budou vysvětleny pojmy histaminová intolerance a nutriční terapeut.
The theoretical part of the thesis will explain the concepts of histamine intolerance and clinical dietitian. The practical part will focus on the importance of the role of the clinical dietitian in the treatment of patients with histamine intolerance. The evaluation will be based on the answers to a questionnaire before and 3 months after the education by the clinical dietitian. Patients' laboratory results will also be assessed and again compared before education and 3 months after education.
