Předběžná náplň práce

Bakalářská práce „Legislativní úpravy používání zbraní ve vesmíru ve Spojeném království Velké Británie“ se zabývá otázkou, jak probíhá vývoj britské legislativy regulující používání zbraní ve vesmíru v návaznosti na politiku Spojeného království. Práce měla za cíl zkoumat vývoj britské vesmírné strategie. Práce rozebírá aktuální vývoj britské vesmírné strategie, seznamuje čtenáře s rezolucí OSN o redukování vesmírných hrozeb pomocí norem, pravidel a principů o zodpovědném chování (Reducing space threats through norms, rules and principles of responsible behaviours), dále rozebírá manuály s rámcovými doporučeními o vesmírném právu. Závěrečná část je věnována rámcovým legislativním doporučením a aktuální britské legislativě. Zde je porovnáváno, do jaké míry se od sebe jednotlivé úpravy lišily a v jakých aspektech britská legislativa zaostávala, či předbíhala dobu.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

Bachelor thesis "Legislative Regulation of the Use of Weapons in Space in the United Kingdom of Great Britain" examines the development of UK legislation regulating the use of weapons in space in relation to UK policy. The thesis aimed to examine the development of the United Kingdom‘s space strategy. Thesis analysed the current development of the UK space strategy, introduced the reader to the UN resolution on Reducing space threats through norms, rules and principles of responsible behaviours, and discussed the manuals with framework recommendations on space law. The final section is devoted to the framework legislative recommendations and current UK legislation. The extent to which the various regulations differed from each other and in which aspects UK legislation was behind or ahead of the times is compared here.
