V praktické části byla technika INIT využita u tří probandů, přičemž klíčovými objektivními testy byly rozsah pohybů krční páteře, škála NRS, dotazník NDI a algometrie. Na základě výsledků terapií došlo u všech pacientů k výraznému zlepšení. |

The bachelor thesis is of a theoretical-practical type. The main focus is to give a comprehensive view of musculoskeletal disorders in violinists. Furthermore, it deals with various options for diagnosis and therapy of myofascial trigger points, which are the most common cause of functional disorders in the musculoskeletal system. Special emphasis is then given to the integrated neuromuscular inhibition technique, which is a manual technique for deactivation of myofascial trigger points. This was used in the physical therapy interventions for the violinists. In the practical part, the INIT technique was used in three subjects. The key objective measurements were the range of motion of the cervical spine, the NRS scale, the NDI questionnaire, and algometry. Based on the results of physical therapy interventions, there was a significant improvement in all patients. |
