Předběžná náplň práce

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi ovlivnění motivace a vůle u pacientů s psychotickým onemocněním v ergoterapii. Cílem práce je překlad Dotazníku vůle a ověření jeho zavedení do českého kulturního prostředí.
Teoretická část řeší jednotlivé teorie motivace a vůle ve vztahu k ergoterapii, zabývá se v první řadě faktory vytvářející jedinečný kontext motivace a vůle jedince a stejně tak i možnostmi, jak tento kontext ovlivnit. Rozebírá motivaci a vůli jedince s psychotickým onemocněním. Závěr teoretické části je věnován samotnému Modelu lidského zaměstnávání, Dotazníku vůle a následnému Remotivačnímu procesu.
Praktická část řeší problematiku zpětného překladu Dotazníku vůle a jeho zavedení do českého prostředí. Dotazník je hodnocen autorkou v předem stanovených oblastech, je srovnáno jeho využití ve zdravotní a komunitní službě, pomocným nástrojem jsou i terénní poznámky vedené během testování dotazníku. Ten byl vyzkoušen na 29 probandech, z toho u čtyř opakovaně.
Závěr praktické části vyhodnocuje Dotazník vůle jako výhodný nástroj pro zavedení do českého kulturního prostředí s dobrou využitelností pro následnou intervenci u pacientů s psychotickým onemocněním. Zmiňuje ale určité limitace, například v podobě absence kompletního překladu navazujícího Remotivačního procesu. Zároveň nastiňuje další možné postupy pro získání dat pro ověření validity a reliability dotazníku v českém prostředí.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The thesis deals with the possibilities of influencing motivation and willpower in patients with psychotic illness in occupational therapy. The aim of the thesis is to translate the Willingness Questionnaire and to verify its implementation in the Czech cultural environment.
The theoretical part deals with the different theories of motivation and will in relation to occupational therapy, it primarily concentrates on the factors that create unique context of motivation and will of an individual, as well as the possibilities to influence this context. The part further discusses the motivation and volition of the individual with psychotic illness. The theoretical section concludes with the Human Employment Model itself, the Willingness Questionnaire and the subsequent Remotivation Process.
The practical part deals with the issue of back-translation of the Willingness Questionnaire and its implementation in the Czech environment. The questionnaire is evaluated by the author in predetermined areas, its use in health and community services is compared, and field notes taken during the testing of the questionnaire are also considered. The questionnaire was tested on 29 probands, on four of them repeatedly.
The conclusion of the practical part evaluates the Willingness Questionnaire as an advantageous tool for introduction into the Czech cultural environment with good applicability for follow-up intervention in patients with psychotic illness. However, the conclusion also mentions some limitations, for example the lack of translation of the follow-up Remotivation Process. At the same time, it outlines other possible procedures for obtaining data to verify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire in the Czech environment.
