Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie u pacientů s roztroušenou sklerózou (RS) s těžším postižením dle Kurtzkeho škály 6,5 a více se zaměřením na posturální a respirační funkce. Teoretická část podává ucelený přehled o problematice tohoto onemocnění včetně kapitoly o možnostech rehabilitační péče u RS zejména u pacientů s těžším postižením a důležitosti multidisciplinárnho týmu. V praktické části se zaměřuji na popis kazuistik 4 pacientů s RS s těžším neurologickým deficitem. Každý pacient absolvoval 6 individuálních terapií v domácím prostředí. Hlavním cílem bylo ovlivnit posturální a respirační funkce u takto postižených osob s RS. Vedlejším cílem práce bylo vytvoření brožury na základě zkušenosti z domácích terapií s pacienty se zaměřením na zmíněné funkce.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilites of physiotherapy in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS) with severe disability according to the Expanded Disability Status Scale 6.5 and more focusing on postural and respiratory functions. The theoretical part gives a comprehensive overview of the problematics of this disease including a chapter about possibilites of rehabilitation care in MS focusing on patients with severe disability. There is also a chapter about importance of the interdisciplinary team in MS. In the practical part I focus on the description of case reports of 4 patients with MS with severe neurological deficit. Each patient underwent 6 individual home therapies. The main goal of this work was to influence postural and respiratory functions in people with MS with higher neurological disability. The secondary goal was to create a brochure based on the experience with patients in the practical part focusing on functions already mentioned.
