Předběžná náplň práce
Bakalářská práce je speciálně pedagogického zaměření. Tématem předkládané bakalářské práce je komunikace u zrakově postižených seniorů, zaměřená na analýzu forem komunikace ve vybraném zařízení. Celá práce je rozložena do čtyř kapitol, z nichž první tři se zaměřují na teoretickou oporu práce. Čtvrtá kapitola je empirické povahy. První kapitola práce se zabývá samotnou komunikací a popisuje její význam, dále se zabývá jejími fázemi a dělením na verbální a nonverbální, motivacemi i funkcemi a také narušenou komunikační schopností a v této souvislosti také alternativní a augmentativní komunikací. Druhá kapitola objasňuje proces stárnutí a stáří. Zabývá se jejich vymezením a dále etapami lidského života s důrazem právě na stáří. Nastiňuje charakteristické rysy a projevy i potřeby ve stáří, ale i způsoby vyrovnání se s ním a strategie jeho přijetí. Třetí kapitola je věnovaná popisu samotného zařízení poskytujícího péči o zrakově postižené seniory, které bylo vybráno pro tuto práci a tedy pro analýzu forem komunikace se zrakově postiženými seniory v něm. Věnuje se popisu a historii zařízení, zásadám, cílům a poslání, ale také personálu i samotné komunikaci v rámci zařízení mezi personálem a klienty. Ve čtvrté kapitole se již práce zaobírá samotným výzkumem smíšeného typu, který proběhl za použití dotazníku, pozorování a je doplněn o případovou studii individuální komunikace s klientem zařízení. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat formy komunikace se zrakově postiženými seniory v konkrétním vybraném zařízení. Na výzkumné otázky byly zjištěny na základě výzkumu odpovědi a v závěru byla formulována doporučení pro praxi.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
The bachelor thesis focused on special pedagogy. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the communication of visually impaired seniors, focused on the analysis of forms of communication in the selected institution. The whole work is divided into four chapters, the first three focusing on theoretical support of work. The fourth chapter is of an empirical nature. The first chapter of the thesis deals with the communication itself and describes its importance. The second chapter explains the process of aging and old age. It deals with their definition and the stages of human life with an emphasis on old age. It outlines the characteristics and manifestations as well as needs in old age, but also the ways of dealing with it and the strategy of its adoption. The third chapter is devoted to the description of the institution providing care for the visually impaired seniors, which was chosen for this bachelor thesis and thus for the analysis of forms of communication with visually impaired seniors in it. It deals with the description and history of institution, principles, goals and mission, as well as staff, as well as communication within the institution between staff and clients. In the fourth chapter the thesis deals with the research of the mixed type itself, which was carried out using the questionnaire, observation and is supplemented by a case study of individual communication with the device client. The aim of the work was to analyze forms of communication with visually impaired seniors in a particular selected institution. Research questions were identified on the basis of a research response and recommendations for practice were formulated at the end.
