The modification of properties and architectures of co-assembled polyelectrolyte nanostructures by introduction of functionalized groups (Dissipative Particle Dynamics Study).
Název práce v češtině:
Změna vlastností a architektury polyelectrolytových nanostruktur zavedením funkčních skupin do polymerních řetězců pomocí disipativní částicové dynamiky.
Název v anglickém jazyce:
The modification of properties and architectures of co-assembled polyelectrolyte nanostructures by introduction of functionalized groups (Dissipative Particle Dynamics Study).
Polyelectrolyte amphiphilic copolymers can respond to external stimuli and form various nanostructures in complex aqueous solutions containing other species. The modification of selected hydrophilic, hydrophobic or charged copolymer groups can change the aggregation behavior and caused the formation of new structures or even prevent the assembly at all. Better understanding of the thermodynamics of such solutions is necessary to tailor stimuli responsive polymer architectures for pharmaceutical and biomedical applications. Dissipative particle dynamics study.
