Předběžná náplň práce

Cílem této práce je poskytnout komplexní analýzu svobody projevu na internetu, jejího porušování a možností uchování soukromí v kyberprostoru založenou na teoretickém prů-zkumu práva na svobodu projevu, práva na soukromí a zejména jejich ochrany. V návaz-nosti na tuto teoretickou analýzu pak práce přistupuje k zevrubné analýze digitálního pro-středí jako prostoru k realizaci svobody projevu i k narušování osobnostních práv. Zkou-má také vstřícnost digitální sféry k požadavkům uživatelů na uchování soukromí, porušo-vání práva na svobodu projevu a cenzuru internetu, což demonstruje na kazuistikách zemí, jež k těmto krokům přistupují. Na to navazuje hledáním způsobů, které umožňují interne-tovou cenzuru obejít včetně možnosti anonymního pohybu na internetu. Anonymita roze-bírá také jako nástroj k zajištění ochrany soukromí, jakož i zdroje nástrah a nebezpečí.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex analysis of free speech on the internet, vio-lation of this right and was how to protect own privacy in cyberspace based on a theoreti-cal exploration of protection of free speech, right to privacy and collision of these rights. Based on this theoretical analysis this thesis seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of the cyberspace as a space to realize free speech as well as violating of right to privacy. This thesis also explores the responsiveness of the Internet to the users’ demands on pri-vacy, violations of the right to freedom of expression, and censorship of the Internet, as demonstrated by the case studies of countries taking these steps. This is followed by a research for ways to circumvent Internet censorship, including the possibility of anonymi-ty on the Internet. Anonymity is also discussed as a tool to protect privacy as well as sources of dangers.
