Předběžná náplň práce

Bakalářská práce je případovou studií Vilniusu v letech 1939-1941 v regionu tzv. Krvavých zemí historika Timothyho Snydera. Teritorium Litvy a okolních zemí je spojováno právě na základě masakrů, které se v dané oblasti udály. Práce se zabývá aspekty, které v "litevském Jeruzalému" vytvořily prostor pro hromadné násilí, rabování a systematické vraždy a zapříčinily takřka úplnou anihilaci židovské komunity. Důraz je kladen především na zkoumání náchylnosti společnosti k extremismu a antisemitismu po likvidaci elit, středových politiků a vzdělaných vrstev. Stěžejním bodem této bakalářské práce je snaha o hlubší pochopení role, kterou parelela Vilniusu jako bezpečného přístavu sehrála v naplnění konceptu Vilniusu jako masového hrobu.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

The Bachelor thesis id a case study of Vilnius between 1939-1941 in a region called Blood Lands of from the historian Timothy Snyder. The area of Lithuania and the surrounding countries are connected based on the massacres at the beginning od the 1940's. The thesis follows up on the aspects, that created in the "Jerusalem of Lithuania" place for mass violence, looting and systematic murders and caused the almost complete annihilation of the Jewish community. The Accent is taken on a propensity to the extremism and antisemitism in the society without centrist politicians and authorities. The core point of the thesis is an effort to understand the role, which played a parallel of Vilnius as a Safe Refuge in a formation of the Vilnius as a Mass Grave.
