| Ergodiagnostika je komplexní funkční hodnocení psychosenzomotorického potenciálu osoby se zdravotním postižením. Může být součástí pracovní rehabilitace poskytované Úřadem práce ČR jako forma poradenské činnosti. Ergodiagnostika je poskytována třinácti ergodianostickými centry v různých krajích České republiky. Na ergodiagnostickém vyšetření klienta se podílí interprofesní tým. Ergoterapeut v rámci ergodiagnostického vyšetření provádí zejména funkční vyšetření horních končetin a testování pomocí modelových činností. Ergoterapeut tímto vyšetřením zjišťuje to, co může vyšetřovaná osoba s disabilitou zvládnout v pracovním životě (zbytkový pracovní potenciál). Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat práci ergoterapeutů v ergodiagnostických centrech v ČR. Ke sběru dat byl použit semistrukturovaný rozhovor s ergoterapeuty podílejícími se na ergodiagnostickém vyšetření. Semistrukturovaný rozhovor byl použit u dvaceti ergoterapeutů v deseti ergodiagnostických centrech. |

| Prevocational assessment is a complex functional assessment of psychosensomotor potential of a person with disability. Prevocational assessment can be part of a vocational rehabilitation provided by the Czech Labour Office as a form of consulting services. Nowadays, thirteen prevocational assessment centres in different regions of the Czech Republic offer this service. Prevocational assessments are made by an interprofessional team. Occupational therapist, as an essential member of this team, examines and tests client’s independency during the prevocational assessment. Occupational therapist along with other members of interprofessional team analyses the work potential of a person with disability. Then, based on a complex functional assessment of a person with disability, the final report is written. This report contains description of skills and abilities which can be used by a person with disability while finding, getting and holding a position on the labour market. This report also contains a recommendation for the Czech Labour Office on how to increase client’s chances to get a job. The main goal of this bachelor thesis was mapping the work of occupational therapists in prevocational assessment centres in the Czech Republic. Semi-structured interview with occupational therapists who take part in prevocational assessment was used for data collecting. This type of interview was undertaken by twenty occupational therapists in ten prevocational assessment centres in the Czech Republic. |
