Předběžná náplň práce
Bakalářská práce má za cíl zpracovat literární rešerši s využitím primárních vědeckých prací, dle požadavků kladených na bakalářské práce na biologické sekci PřF UK. Zabývá se obecnou charakteristikou prosociálního chování z hlediska evoluční biologie se zaměřením na situace s ohrožením zdraví a poskytováním laické první pomoci. Provedené výzkumy ukazují, že u laické i odborné veřejnosti se lze setkat s mnoha faktory, které negativně ovlivní ochotu pomáhat. Nejčastěji se jedná o obecný strach z nebezpečí a rizik (např. možný přenos patogenů), dimenze disgustu (např. přítomnost krve, zvratků a dalších fyziologických tekutin), ale také o obavu z ještě většího ublížení zraněnému. Setkat se lze i s nejistotou a nedostatkem sebedůvěry (zachránce sám uvědomuje nedostatek znalostí a dovedností). Vliv může mít i nechuť k interakci s neznámými lidmi a lhostejnost. Bakalářská práce má za úkol shrnout dostupné vědecké poznatky o vlivu základních faktorů, které mohou ovlivnit ochotu poskytnout první pomoc a vytvořit komparativní analýzu např. různých kategorií potenciálních zachránců (lze předpokládat roli pohlaví, věku apod. - např. mladí lidé se budou lišit v uváděných faktorech např. ve srovnání se seniory). Vzhledem k zaměření má práce mezioborový přesah a propojuje poznatky z oborů věd biologie, evoluční biologie, etologie člověka a psychologie.
