The dissertation deals with a serious civilization disease, which is endometriosis. It is made up of several studies that deal with this disease. The first part is written as a review and summarizes the comprehensive and up-to-date informations on endometriosis from an immunological point of view. Another part of the study focuses on information on patients within a personal case history such as age, first menstrual period, dysmenorhoe, BMI, smoking, etc. Another study aimed at a group of 50 patients seeks to find a special marker to diagnose endometriosis before the disease is fully developed. The average time from the first symptoms to the correct diagnosis usually takes about 11 years. In the following study, the relationship between traumatization, stress and endometriosis was investigated using a Spearman correlation in a group of 55 patients using special TSC-40 and SDQ-20 questionnaires. The last part of the study is devoted to the evaluation of dyspareunia perception of Rosen's questionnaire before conservative treatment, after six months of hormonal treatment and after surgical treatment.
