This thesis will examine the effectiveness of decision making process in the climate change regime in connection to the leadership theory. The global character of climate changes requires the involvement of the largest possible number od actors, which means more legitimacy for agreements, however it also brings many problems. The goal of the thesis is to examine if there is a causal mechanism between leadership behavior and the effectiveness of decision-making proces in the climate change regime. |
