Diplomová práce pojednává o stěžejním principu mezinárodního uprchlického práva, jímž je princip non-refoulement. Prostřednictvím tohoto principu jsou oprávněné osoby chráněny před navrácením do země jejich původu, kde jim hrozí nebezpečí vyjmenované v jednotlivých dokumentech. Účelem této práce je vymezení a analýza povahy, rozsahu a obsahu tohoto principu v jednotlivých mezinárodních a regionálních dokumentech a jejich následné porovnání.
