Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesem trestání za provinění ve sportu. Vymezen bude nejprve pojem sportu, sportovní normy.Dále se práce bude zabývat problematikou sportovních organizací. Značná pozornost bude věnována charakteristice disciplinárního a arbitrážního řízení ve sportu. Podrobněji se budu věnovat řízení před Rozhodčí komisí Českého olympijského výboru. Důraz bude kladen na problematiku Arbitrážního soudu pro sport a Světové antidopingové agentury. Poslední kapitola se bude týkat ingerence práva do sportu, zaměřím se na odpovědnost za úrazy ve sportu a soudní přezkum rozhodnutí sportovních organizací.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
This diploma thesis deals with the process of punishment for wrongdoing in sport. Defined the concept of first sport, sports standards. Further work will deal with the issue of sports organizations. Considerable attention will be paid to the characteristics of the disciplinary and arbitration procedures in sport. More detail will be given to the proceedings before the Arbitration Commission of the Czech Olympic Committee. Emphasis will be placed on the issue of the Court of Arbitration for sport and the World Anti-Doping Agency. The last chapter will cover the ingerence rights to sport, I will focus on the responsibility for the injuries in the sport, and the judicial review of decisions of sports organizations.
