Předběžná náplň práce

Spanish social clubs associate cannabis users who are cultivating cannabis plants together and sharing their harvest just for their own consumption. Due to the unclear legal position of social clubs their members must bear risks of legal interventions such as plants and harvest confiscation and their legal prosecution. However social clubs activities could have a significant impact in health risk of cannabis use among its users. The aim of the thesis is to describe the functioning of the social clubs in Spain, and to describe the health and social risks of common cultivation and consumption within these associations.
