Some porcine viruses, particularly PCV2, cause entire range of pathological reactions in swine, that together form in a clinical syndrome called Porcine Circovirus Associated Disease - PCVAD. Research of these diseases indicates that PCV2 is not the only pathogene responsible for clinical manifestations of PCVAD. There are also other not-well described viruses that contribute to symptoms of PCVAD. Searching, screening and identification of these viruses is the aim of this diploma thesis.
