Nádorové buňky migrují převážně dvěma odlišnými mechanismy- améboidním a mesenchymálním.
Cancer cells migrate by two distinct mechanisms- amoeboid and mesenchymal. These types of invasiveness are each regulated by different signaling pathways, which are often closely related to cell polarity signaling since they require remodeling of the cytoskeleton. The main goal of this thesis will be to review current data on cell polarity and it's effect on the plasticity of migrating cells.
