| Student will perform a search regarding the progress in the development of steroidal hormones modulators in the last ten years. The preliminary outline of the thesis is as follows: 1. Introduction 2. Estrogens – estrogenic receptors, selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs), selective estrogen receptor downregulators SERDs), modulators of G protein-coupled estrogen receptor, aromatase inhibitors 3. Androgens – androgenic receptors, selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs), inhibitors of 5-alpha-reductase, inhibitors of aldo-keto reductases AKR1C1-AKR1C4 4. Progestogens – progesterone receptors, selective progesterone receptor modulators (SPRMs) 5. Mineralocorticoids – mineralocorticoid receptors, new RAAS modulators, aldosterone synthase inhibitors 6. Glucocorticoids – glucocorticoid receptors, selective glucocorticoid receptor agonists (SEGRAs), glucocorticoid antagonists 7. Conclusion 8. References |
