The diploma thesis is a continuation of previous studies aimed at the synthesis of biologically active derivatives pyrazine. It was found that the amidoximes exhibited poor biological effects, but they can serve as intermediates for the synthesis of other potential drugs. The aim of the present diploma thesis is to review reactions used to transform amidoximes in other derivatives. In experimental part, the student will try some of these reactions to get products for biological testing. All experiments will be performed under the supervision of a tutor, and all fire and safety precautions will be strictly observed. Simultaneously, the student will study literature essential for the in-depth understanding of the topic and writing the theoretical part of the thesis. The thesis will have approximately 50 pages (font 11 or 12, line spacing 1.5) and will be divided into the following chapters: 1. Introduction and the aim of the work 2. Theorerical part 3. Experimental part 4. Discussion 5. Conclusions 6. References (approx. 50 items) |
