NKp80 a AICL jsou lektinové receptory lidských imunocytů, které spolu dohromady tvoří receptor - ligandový pár, rozpoznávají tedy samy sebe navzájem. Struktura žádného příbuzného komplexu nebyla dosud vyřešena a tyto dva receptory se navíc vyskytují výlučně u člověka, jejich studium na strukturně - funkční úrovni je tedy velmi aktuální. Cílem práce je přenesení vhodného úseku genů těchto receptorů do expresních plazmidů a provedení expresního testu v HEK293 buněčné linii, případně produkce rozpustných forem těchto receptorů a studium tvorby jejich komplexu.
Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce
NKp80 and AICL are lectin receptors of human immunocytes that form together a receptor - ligand pair, thereby recognizing each other. Structure of none of the related receptor complexes has been solved yet and these receptors are found exclusively in human, their study from structural - functional point of view is therefore highly actual. Aim of the thesis is to clone a suitable receptor gene constructs into expression plasmids and their expression test in HEK293 cell line, or the production of soluble forms of these receptors and their complex formation studies.
