Bakalářská práce s názvem „Význam supervize v Hospici Dobrého Pastýře“ se zaměřuje na supervizi v tomto konkrétním zařízení. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda členové multidisciplinárního týmu vnímají supervizi jako prostředek ke zvládání neustálé blízkosti smrti. V teoretické části nastiňuji problematikou hospicové péče. V další kapitole představuji členy multidisciplinárního týmu, zaměřuji se zde na jejich praktickou činnost v hospici. Teoretickou část zakončuji kapitolou, kde popisuji supervizi. V praktické části jsem si stanovila hypotézy a skrze výzkumné šetření zjišťuji cíl své práce.

This bachelor's Work „The Importance of Supervision in the Hospice of Dobrý Pastýř“ is oriented to supervision in this concrete facility. The aim of this Work is to ascertain if the members of multi-disciplinary team perceive supervision as a mean of coping with continuous proximity of death. The theoretical part is oriented to the problems of hospice care. The following chapter introduces the members of multi-disciplinary team and is orientated to their practical activity in the hospice. The theoretical part is concluded by chapter in which I describe the term of supervision. The practical sets hypotheses and I ascertain the aim of my Work through investigation research.
