Zásady pro vypracování

The objective of the present paper is to explore the rich variety of the Spanish insults. We center mainly on the comparison of the Spanish insults to the Czech insults and observe the diferences and specific characteristics of Spanish insults. First, we shortly explain the main features of the sociolects, which have many similarities with insults, afterwards we mention the main characteristics of taboo, which is conditioning the appearance or not of the insults. We describe main functions of the insults and try then to present the specific features of Spanish insults on the phonetical, morfological, syntactical and lexical field. On the base of obtained information we apply a case study of two concrete words on a parallel Czech-Spanish language corpus and observe more closely specifics of those insults. Eventually we work out a case study based on a language material from a Spanish movie Stories from the Kronen and compare the obtained data with the results from the language corpus.
