Předpoklady: Návaznost na Dějiny hebrejské literatury I, II; jazykové znalosti
Na základě četby a interpretace literárních textů z různých historických období studenti poznávají stylové a lexikální
zvláštnosti dobové tvorby, zachovávání a rozpracovávání kulturních tradic a symboliky, asimilační rysy v minulosti a
globalizační vlivy v současnosti. Četba zahrnuje prózu i poezii od středověku po izraelskou literaturu 20. století.
Témata:
Kurs je koncipován jako samostudium s konzultacemi.

Prerequisites: Continuation of the subject History of Hebrew Literature I, II; knowledge of
Hebrew
Students get acquainted with specifics of the style and lexicon in the Hebrew literature of various periods, on the basis of
reading and interpretation of texts. There is also presented character of Jewish cultural traditions and symbolice as kept or
changing, as well as the assimilation features in the past and the influences of globalization in our times. The reading
contains the prose and poetry starting with the Middle Ages up to Israeli literature of the 20th century.
Topics:
The course is based on self-contained study with tutorial discussions.
