Tato přednáška a praktikum postihuje formou ucelených tématických bloků specifické rysy flóry tropického pásma Země. Zároveň je zvláštní pozornost věnována obtížnostem a metodám terénního průzkumu v tropech, specifikům sběru, determinace a konzervace rostlin v tropickém pásmu. V blocích jako "Původ, vývoj a distribuce biodiverzity v tropech", "Dominantní čeledi rostlin tropického lesa", "Kuriozní a endemitní čeledi světa", "Flóra a biogeografie tropických čeledí", "Liány","Epifyty", "Myrmekofyty", "Parazity a saprofyty", "Historický vývoj flóry tropického pásma" seznamuje s jedinečnými a pro nás neobvyklými charakteristikami tropů v kontextu historických a evolučních událostí i biogeografickych a ekologickych souvislostech.
1. Zápočet
Bude udělen na základě splnění dvou praktických ůkolů z probírané problematiky
2. Zkouška
Závěrečné hodnocení bude na základě závěrečného testu s poznávačkou.
Hodnocení: celkem 100 b. (1: 100-80b., 2: 79-65 b., 3: 64-50 b.,)
Poslední úprava: RNDr. Daniel Stančík, Ph.D. (21.01.2013)
The lectures are given in Czech language. Study literature and tutorials can be given in English. English version of the course can be requested for at least 3 foreign students.
Under the focus of this course are basic floristic and biogeographic characteristics of the tropical zone. Special attention is paid to the methods of botanical research in the tropics, collection, determination and conservation of the tropical plants. In the thematic blocks, such as "The origin, evolution and distribution of the biodiversity in tropics", "Dominant families of the tropical forests", "Peculiar and endemic families of the tropical zone", "Flora and biogeography of tropical mountains", "Vines", "Epiphytes", "Parasites and Saprophytes", "History of the tropical floras", are presented the basic characteristics of the tropics in context of the historical and ecological events and conditions.
Special excursion to the Botanical Garden in Liberec and Teplice is organic part of this course.
(LMS system Moodle is implanted for the presentation of study materials, tutorials and communication - see http://dl2.cuni.cz/course/view.php?id=1869)
