Test performance in the 100 m, 1500 m (800 m women), high jump and shot put 7.25 (4 kg for women).

Sylabus

Basic athletics skills. Techniques and methodology of basic athletic disciplines for children in elementary schools - running ( short and long distance),long jump, ball throw. Basic rules of the disciplines. Introduction into athletic disciplines and improvement of athletic skills, athletic warming up, running and starting technique,  jumps and throws.

Introductory and advanced introduction to selected athletic disciplines: athletics warm-up, training of running, running special exercises (running alphabet), starts, types and methods of running, practicing the high jump, shot put training-the back way, the application of appropriate athletic motion games.
