The course takes form of seminar sessions. In the first part of the semester, students are introduced to various topics in corporate governance. The second part of the semester is be dedicated to students’ presentations of corporate governance problems and discussion. |

The final grade consists of four ingredients: Presentation on selected topic from CG (max 35 points) Grading scale: A: above 90 (not inclusive) Necessary conditions to pass: at least 50% points from presentation, essay and essay evaluation |
