Předběžná náplň práce

V posledních třiceti letech, od dob transformace, proběhlo několik pokusů o změnu organizačně právní formy českých nemocnic. Dizertační práce sleduje dvě takové snahy po roce 2000, ze kterých pouze jedna byla úspěšná jak v nastolování agendy, tak v rámci rozhodovacího procesu a vedla k uzákonění nové organizační formy. Hlavním cílem práce je identifikace kontextuálních faktorů úspěchu či neúspěchu snah o změnu organizačně právní formy nemocnic. Vedlejším cílem je ověření využití konceptu tří proudů pro případ českého prostředí a oblast zdravotnického systému.

Předběžná náplň práce v anglickém jazyce

In the last thirty years, since the transformation period, several attempts have been made to change the organizational and legal form of Czech hospitals. The thesis pursues two such efforts after 2000, of which only one was successful both in the agenda-setting and in the decision-making process and led to the enactment of a new organizational form. The main aim of the thesis is to identify contextual factors of success or failure of efforts to change the organizational and legal form of hospitals. The secondary aim is to verify the use of the Multiple Stream Framework for the health system and for the Czech case.
