Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to provide more information about the issue of Scotland and Catalonia in the context of efforts of independence or autonomy. Unfortunately, this topic is not so debated in the Czech republic. The important part of this thesis is the historical development of selected areas and description of economic situation, which is one of the main themes of the campaign for separation in both cases. This thesis is also focused on reasons for the secession of regions. There is also analysis of program Scotland's future and pitfalls of the Catalan autonomous statute of 2006, especially those parts that were founded as unconstitutional. Lastly, the thesis is concentrated on the future direction of the region. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
