Exemplary analysis visualization of data from PBMC stained with QC (whole blood differential) panel. A.Unsupervised analysis performed by EmbedSOM analytical tool (v 1.9.1.) in R. Each marker is expressed in a heatmap ranging from blue (no expression) to red (high expression). The first density plot depicts all measured cells. The last depicts the individual clusters generated in the metaclustering step. B.FCS file exported from EmbedSOM has been annotated in FlowJo, supervised, based on the expression of individual markers. Accuracy of the gating was confirmed by backgating, not shown in the figure.
