Výsledky projektu Kalibrace metody stabilních izotopů uhlíku a její aplikace na paleorekonstrukci druhohorních ekosystémů

We submit here a draft of our manscript which is to be submitted by summer 2022. We are fully aware that the manuscript is uncomplete; however, data aquired during the project are presented and we demonstrate the importance of these data to be published in high quality publication, which requires time. Our dataset is large and robust, which we considered as the greatest output from this project.

This co-author publication originates from my early work, but it was finished and published during my PhD when I was already funded by GAUK. Due to higher number of authors and limited legnth of the publication set by the journal, the methods and the acknowledments do not include my texts. Only the results and the discussion contains my data and interpretation. This work was part of the very first investigation of salt marshes and high altitude water stresses reflected in compound specific stable carbon isotopes. In the publication, data from recent and fossil high altitude vegetation (Spruce - Picea abies) are presented.

An co-author publication which resulted as by-product during my PhD studies. The data from my previous work were finally processed and published during the period when I was financed by GAUK. Therefore, I acknowledged GAUK and I thank for the support.
