The graduate knows basic anthropological concepts and concepts of human rights. He/she is able to evaluate ethical approaches in pastoral and psycho-social crisis work, knows methods of management and governance and knows how to apply basic methods of value management. He/she knows the types of crisis help and community based approach and cooperation. He/she knows how to identify and choose adequate method of scientific approach and how to lead research projects.
The graduate has professional knowledge, skills and is qualified for working in charity and pastoral work. Focus is on openness, understanding and self-reflection. He/she is ready for cooperation in community and team work and for value management in NGO’s.
