The program covers state-of-the-art knowledge of main subfields in Economics and Finance, and equips the students with quantitative skills required for professional economists. The aim of the program is to train qualified and skilled economists for the industry, government, academia, and international organizations.

The core of the program covers foundational courses in advanced microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics. In addition, each students selects courses from a variety of elective courses. Electives cover monetary economics, macroeconomic modeling, financial markets, international finance, asset pricing, financial econometrics, banking, corporate finance, data analysis, applied microeconomics, public finance, health economics, and development economics.

Masters graduates are qualified to undertake quantitative modeling and analysis in Economics and Finance based on advanced tools in Economics, Statistics and Econometrics. The graduates are equipped with quantitative skills required for a job of an economist, financial economist, or an economic data analysts. The program is designed to be equivalent to Master programs in Economics and Finance in top universities in Europe.

Depending on the individual interests, the program offers to focus on sub-fields such as monetary economics, macroeconomic modeling, financial markets, international finance, asset pricing, financial econometrics, banking, corporate finance, data analysis, applied microeconomics, public finance, health economics, or development economics.
