Study programmes

Graduates of the study program have completed their studies at the Faculty of Medicine and acquired basic theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of orthopaedics and traumatology of the locomotive organs. Doctoral studies in the field of orthopedics allow him to develop specific theoretical knowledge and practical skills in a chosen topic within orthopedics and traumatology. Theoretical preparation will enable the graduate to work independently in scientific literature, orientation in scientific literature with critical acceptance of published data. Based on the acquired knowledge, the graduate is able to determine a hypothesis and a realistic plan for its verification and gain new knowledge and procedures for practice based on their own results. The graduate will present the results at scientific conferences, symposia and publish them in professional journals. Completion of doctoral studies will enable successful doctoral students to continue their scientific and research work. Graduates of the postgraduate program have the opportunity to work as a university teacher in medical facilities or medical faculties.
