The graduate has social scientific knowledge and social-psychological skills relevant to the discipline. The programme’s integrated approach to adult education and personnel management allows for comprehensive development of theoretical background as well as for reflecting the requirements of professional practice and preparing adequately qualified professionals. The graduate can work in various types of organizations in the business, public and civic sectors. He/she can perform a wide range of job activities in specialist and management positions.
