The master's degree program is focused on expanding managerial skills and knowledge, while improving potential career opportunities and success in the labor market. It is intended for those students who plan in the future to operate businesses in the field of sport, or who want to become highly qualified professionals working in sports organizations. Graduates will gain insights for example from directing sports organizations, strategic management, managerial decision-making, or personnel management. In addition to new knowledge, students learn the analytical and critical thinking which is essential for top management in all types of sports organizations.

Graduate profile for the public:
The Master's degree program aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the latest sport management strategies and develop the skills needed for the professional management of sport organisations and projects. The graduates will be able to perform activities such as planning, organizing, directing, controlling, budgeting, and evaluating in contexts related to all types of sports. The graduates will be able undertake systematic research into sport-related business and management issues, making selective and critical use of a range of business data, research sources and appropriate methodologies.
