The standard duration of studies is 2 years in the full-time or combined form of study. It is a study programme with an academic bias. After completing the studies successfully, the Master (Mgr.) degree is granted.
The study programme is a follow-up to the study programme Nutritional Therapy and is focused on dietetics and clinical nutrition. It is based on basic medical, surgical and paediatric fields in medicine and provides for dietetics and nutrition in clinical fields.

Graduate profile for the public:
The study in this follow-up Masters programme is preparation for the professional position of the clinical nutritional therapist in team leadership, in scientific research teams and/or that of an educationalist at the university level schools.
After completing the studies, the graduate obtains special competence to practice the non-medical health care profession and/or to practice activities connected with providing the health care.
The education obtained includes professional education that prepares the graduates for activities to secure the adequate way of nutrition as well as activities in ordinary hospital setting and/or community, also including their practice at specialized institutions.
