The aim of the doctoral study program Special Education is to prepare highly professionally qualified staff for theoretical and practical activities in the field of providing special education services in the broadest application concept differentiated according to the structure of special education disciplines (special education of persons with visual impairment, hearing impairment, physical disability, intellectual disability, speech disorders, autism spectrum disorders, behaviour disorders and social disadvantage) reflecting actual topics in the international context.

The fundamental contribution of doctoral studies is the preparation of specialists for independent scientific work aimed at their personal professional growth in favor of special pedagogy as a modern scientific field.

The aim of the doctoral study program Special Education is to equip highly qualified professionals with theoretical and practical activities in the field of special education, and in the widest applicable concept, differentiated according to the structure of special education disciplines with a focus on current issues of contemporary special education in an international context.
