Jesus’ parables are a typical form of preaching the Kingdom of God in the Synoptic Gospels. During the course a
selection of parables of triple tradition (Mark, Matthew, Luke), of the source Q, and of Matthean and Lukan material
will be studied from exegetical and biblical-theological point of view.

2) A basic knowledge of the Biblical Greek (reading and understanding texts from the canonical Gospels)

2) Presentation of a topic (a parable) chosen at the beginning of the course
