    INFECTIOUS DISEASES – dentists
  • In the school year 2020/2021, teaching at the Department of Infectious Diseases and TM will be performed on hybrid base.  From October we will teach in full-time, then according to the current epidemiological situation. Full-time lessons will start from October 6th and will take place in ŠAF pav. classroom No. A  (at 13:00 - 14:40). The exam will take place at the Department of Infectious Diseases and TM. Both the teaching and the exam are compulsory in mouthpieces or FFP2 respirators. Students who are not equipped with a mouthpiece or FFP2 respirator will not be admitted to teaching and will not be accepted to participate.  In the case of both full-time and distance teaching, one absence is possible for obtaining credit. Compensation for missing practices will be possible by appointment and according to the epidemiological situation in full or in a distance manner. The full-time examination in infectious medicine has an oral part (1 question from general or special infectology – according to the list of questions). Preparation time about 15 min.   If it is necessary to rehearse differently, the question is drawn by the examiner in front of the camera with the text of the questions towards the student. These are questions identical to the full-time exam. The student responds immediately after the draw, without the use of any tools.  If in the future it is necessary to continue distance teaching according to the schedule, it will take place according to the schedule in the Microsoft Teams environment (10 minutes before the start of the lessons I will always send you login details (URL and webinar ID). Please send me in time for my mail sedlacek@fnplzen.cz your e-mail contacts (preferably group mail).

In the school year 2020/2021 at the Department of Epidemiology will be a hybrid teaching. In October we will teach online, then according to the actual epidemiology situation. The distance learning will take place on the common time according to the schedule in Microsoft Teams. I will always send you the login details (URL address and webinar ID code) 10 minutes before the start of the course. Please send me your e-mails (preferably group e-mail) to my mail jelinkova@fnplzen.cz

The full time teaching and exam at the Department of Epidemiology will be obligatory in masks or respirators FFP2. The students who aren’t equipped with mask or respirator FFP2 will be not admitted to classes and will be not recognized for participation.

In both cases the condition for the credit is only one absence. The substitution of missing practises will be possible after an agreement and depending on the epidemiological situation presence or distance.

The full time epidemiology exam has got a written part (the student draws 4 test questions, to which he answers in writing in his own words) and an oral part ( 1 question fron general or from special epidemiology – according to the list of questions). Preparation time 15 min.

For the distance exam the questions are drawn by the examiner in front of the camera with the text to the student. The first four questions (the written part of the common exam) the students answer orally. Then one question from general or from special epidemiology are drawn. The students answer immediately after drawind lots without the preparation
