An intensive course of Biblical Hebrew for beginners consisting of four weeks studying Hebrew. The objective of
the course is to learn to read and translate a Hebrew text of medium difficulty with the assistance of a dictionary.
During the course, the following aspects are focused on:
– The Hebrew alphabet and its vocalisation
– The noun system, its determination by a definite article or by a suffix
– Proclitic prepositions
– Adnominal genitives
– Numbers
– The regular verb including its sevenfold system of linguistic stems.

Regular preparation for the lessons and completion of the tasks assigned. In order to pass the course students have to pass a written test and an oral test.
