The subject builds upon the content of the Specialization 1 program. The theoretical sessions expand on the
foundations for constructing training plans and principles for effective training process management. The program
focuses on developing coaching competencies in the field of performance level in the chosen specialization, as
well as for recreational groups of children and adults. Therefore, the student learns to adapt the program for the
purpose of general development. The issues of tactics in grappling sports are discussed. Specific subtle
communication techniques essential for leadership are also developed. The student expands theoretical
knowledge of technical skills in MMA, which were established in the Specialization 1 course.

Due to the fact that participants in the specialization have diverse backgrounds, the content of the course needs to be adjusted accordingly. Also, there is coordination of didactic outputs within the subjects, increasing the demand for flexible email (and other online) communication. Non-response to communication may be a reason for not receiving credit.
Attendance at all scheduled classes (2 allowed absences).
Completion of partial tasks.
Exam - topics will be provided during the semester.
For students planning to write their final thesis at TUS, attendance at the Monday seminar for final theses is strongly recommended, where student work is discussed across years. Poslední úprava: Zdobinský Adam, PhDr. (13.11.2023)
